Vista Q&A with Luke Seiderman

What drew you to wealth management?

The desire to help people live the lives they want through proper management of their financial resources. I’ve always found in my life that the key to finding happiness is to focus on making others happy.

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

The navigation and development of balance between life and money, frugality and spending, delayed gratification and living in the moment.

What do you enjoy most about Vista?

The constant rhetoric of improvement that is delivered from every Vistian I encounter on a daily basis. People here want to improve. They want to improve and they understand the ageless saying that “you become the people you surround yourself with”. This is why our culture is unlike any other.

Which quality makes you best suited to provide wealth management services?

Identifying at a young age the importance of lifelong learning and the relentless quest to improve. This helps me better serve clients and better serve this industry.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Creative writing, distance running, and playing the banjo.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

Working full time all through college at a financial planning firm while completing college a year early.

What's the most influential book you've read and why?

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. This taught me the importance of Quality.
